We are SOZO
Our mission is to partner with each of our clients on their unique journey towards wholeness, healing, and restoration. We provide each of our clients with evidenced-based therapy to heal and empower change in their lives. We provide a safe alliance and inclusive care for each client.
We believe that traumatic experiences, big and small, can have a massive impact on our client’s wellbeing, mental health, and behaviors. Our goal is to help clients integrate their story, hurts, pain, and traumas, so that shame and fear no longer create depression, anxiety, family dysfunction or compulsive behaviors. We find it a privilege to sit with each of our clients as they journey towards SOZO.

We will collaborate to determine the length of treatment that is both clinically appropriate and best meets your needs.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. At times, your therapist may recommend a longer session (90-120 minutes) depending on the number of people in the session and the goal for that session.

No, we are not affiliated with any particular insurance panels and therefore do not submit your therapy fees to insurance for payment. What this means is that you are responsible for the full fee upfront for each session. Your insurance provider may provide “out-of-network” benefits based on your plan. We can provide you with an invoice (known as a “superbill”) which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursements. Depending on your plan, you may get a percentage of what you already paid back to you, which can help offset the out-of-pocket cost of therapy. To find out more about your network’s coverage, please call your insurance carrier to ask if your benefits plan includes coverage or reimbursement for out-of-network mental health providers.
Yes; an HSA functions the same as a credit card payment.
